Observer
Name Rachele H
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks My teenage son and I were traveling in the car and headed in a northerly direction from San Clemente, Ca to Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca shortly after 7pm on Los Patrones Pkwy. I said wow, a meteor, a meteor! At the same time my son saw it and I was glad I wasn’t the only one! Then we were both surprised to see the bright flash shortly after the meteor disappeared from our view. It all lasted barely one or two seconds. It’s the first time we’ve seen a terminal flash!
