Remarks | I was in my 3rd story apartment building and noticed it outside my open window. I was not intentionally looking out the window, but it was so bright it caught my eye immediately. Hard to say where it was on the horizon because I was in a third story building, but it was more straight out the window. It was so bright I thought it was a firework my neighbors had shot off but I heard no sound as the TV was off and I heard no sound, so definitely not. |
