Reports Report 1697i (Event 1697-2013)

Remarks Decided to go outside before going to bed to see if I could see any of the meteor shower. So glad I did because I got to see a fairly large ball of fire with an impressive firey tail speeding low in the sky just above the tree tops going in an east/south east direction. I live in the woods and normally lay on my back and look up. The ball of fire was low and just above the trees. It was hard to tell how far away it would have landed but it was so cool! Clouds then moved in making continuing to watch the skies impossible. The time reported was approx. I went outside around 11:30pm. I was within a minute or so after going out.
