My sister were on the PA Turnpike approximately exit 225.8 when we saw this extremely bright white light fairly low in the sky. It was moving S to N and I thought it was a shooting star, however it was moving extremely slow and stayed lit across the entire sky... There was a long tail/trail behind the bright white light that sparkled like a firework. It was just as bright as the main part. As it moved from S to N... It appeared to "fall" closer to the horizon and the bright white "broke" apart in a few pieces before disappearing. I've never seen anything like it in the night sky before.

Remarks
Started as a really bright white, leaving a trail of sparkling, flashy trail behind. Thought it was a firework at first but moved very slowly across the entire sky.
