Reports Report 6013e (Event 6013-2022)

Observer
Name Dominique S
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was driving in the car so I didn’t hear any sounds occurring with the fireball. I saw it shining as bright as the sun and it looked to have disappeared as soon as it hit the trees - I was driving through a heavily wooded area. It was very dark and I drove past quickly so I didn’t see any smoke. I have been watching meteor showers every summer since I was a kid (I’m now 26) so I would consider myself very familiar with a typical shooting star and I am 99.99% sure that was a meteorite.
