Remarks | I was the driver inside a car, waiting to turn at an intersection. So my visibility was defined by the windshield. And there were buildings and trees behind which the fireball fell, so the horizon was blocked. The fireball had a trail, but it did not persist. The ball itself was about the size of my thumbnail held at arm's length. Very bright, mostly white, but with green leading edges, to about 1/3 of the ball. |
