Remarks I am an amateur astronomer so have seen plenty of meteor showers etc. I have never seen anything quite as bright/near or for this duration before, If it hadn't have burned out I might have thought it was an aircraft

Remarks The meteor moved from south to north, I know this as I was looking up at the North star. It looked very close compared to most other meteors, e.g. Perseids. The trail looked like particals, and looked orange/yellow as if it were close to the ground
