Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I saw the fireball when I was driving home from a friends. I'm only guessing at the time as 8:30 pm. It may have been slightly earlier or later, but it was already quite dark. I've seen what I consider to be"falling stars" many times, but his was clearly a rather large, greenish bright ball streaking across the sky with a tail before it disappeared. I immediately thought it was a meteor or something else.
