Reports Report 5280w (Event 5280-2022)

Observer
Name Lisa L
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I was outside, talking with my husband, I happened to be looking out low in the sky and saw what I would describe as a meteor, it was large, a roundish shape, falling straight down, all of a sudden it flashed and was the yellowish gold color with a little bit of sparking around it and then disappeared. I have seen several "shooting stars" in my life, but this was different, it was close by and low in the sky, it was falling straight down and not arching through the sky. It was an amazing experience, unfortunately, my husband was not able to turn around fast enough to witness it.
