Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I realize this is all anecdotal, but it took me by surprise and I and shocked that there are no other reports matching this description and approximate location/time. The event noted at 21:50 would have been to my right. I was in a moving vehicle, driving almost due south on I-176 from Reading, PA towards Morgantown, PA. The initial streak was bright enough to grab my attention and I looked directly to my left towards the east. It appeared to be coming straight down at a slight angle from left to right, a bright green head with white tail that flashed brilliantly at the end as it disappeared below the tree line.
