Reports Report 3186d (Event 3186-2022)

Observer
Name Christopher P
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks My view of the incident was limited to observing it through the upstairs window in the room in which I was, looking out of it from a sitting position, slightly to the left hand side. I did not therefore see the highest point of its appearance and it was lost from view just above the horizon because of the limits caused by the size of the window. As the ground slopes up away from the rear of my home I would have lost sight of it around the same time. The object was light green and it’s trail was wide, far wider than a shooting star for instance. My reference point was a tree in the field behind me which helped me define the angle of travel.
