Remarks It appeared to be a string of stars. Like someone had sewn a string of stars in a straight line. I was watching the lunar eclipse on our driveway in order to see it over our house. My husbands stepped outside and said "what is that?" I said what? and he said that line of stars, I looked around in the sky and saw immediately what he was talking about. To the eastern horizon just above the tree line I could see the string of stars. I responded, "I've never seen anything like that before." He responded, "neither have I". I thought about getting my camera out, but then I saw it begin to fade. It felt like it slowly faded out. We assumed we must have missed the meteor as we only saw the glowing train of stars. It felt long, because he pointed it out and I looked and saw it and had time to think maybe I should take a picture of it. I've never seen anything last that long.
