Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks It first appeared high and bright white, as it came straight down towards the horizon, it flashed bright once immensely into a blueish green light twice the size of its normal size then quickly died down as it went away. I was driving, so I couldn't hear anything. It had very small fragmentation at the flash like very small pieces. They did not remain lit, but vanished as fast as they appeared.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks The flash was as stated above. The fragments were very small, almost covered by the immense flash. They were only visible for maybe a split second.
