| Remarks | I have been an astronomer for 40 years. This was one of the brightest, most dramatic fireballs I have ever seen. Was setting up my 20" reflector telescope and happened to be looking west when it appeared, passed through belt of Orion ending near tree tops just north of due west in glow of sunset |
