Remarks Bright object moving south to north while looking at the western shore of lake Winnipeg. We are right on the eastern shore. Object started at approx 1 oclock while looking due west and flashed south to north in approx. 1 second. Very bright with a tail that was bright and appeared to be about 2 inches long. The ball appeared to be about 1/16 of an inch round.
