Remarks As it passed directly over me, I could hear the sizzle and it sparked a train about 30 yards long, with smoke and I got a strong odor of gun powder.
Terminal flash
Observation No
Remarks -
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks As it passed over, 3-5 seconds long, the flash was like a ball on fire with slag in the train, but nothing fell to ground. At this time it is only about 50’ above me! I jumped up and turned because I was sure it would hit the ground and possibly explode but it just went out. I searched the acre behind where it should have landed to no avail.
