It was so bright it illuminated my whole vehicle interior. I observed it through the sunroof. It looked very close and could see it burst into red pieces. It didn't seem like it was a great deal above the tree line. I turned around to see if anything caught fire or any evidence of where pieces might have struck but it was slightly hazy and dark.
