| Remarks | Object was observed from indoors, looking out a window. The object's movement got my attention from my peripheral vision. Approximately the size of small fingernail at arms length. It appeared bright white with internal streaks. The object exited my view due to my apartment window. I ran quickly to the south exit of the building but didnt see anything further. My total observation time was 1 to 1.5 seconds, limited by the view out my window :-( |

| Remarks | Within the disk and tail of the object, there was distinct yellow/orange tiger striping, front to back, with perceivable movement/"twinkling" |
