Reports Report 982al (Event 982-2013)

Observer
Name Georgiana W
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks My daughter and I saw a ball of light to our left above the trees. We thought it was a helicopter at first, but the light was extremely bright - white bright. We continued to observe it as it came across the road (becoming smaller as it did so). It then flashed and (as I said before) became elongated like a long ash on a cigarette. We both heard a sizzling noise as it did so. This object was only 10 to 15 feet above the tops of the telephone poles.
