Remarks This was the largest meteor I have ever seen. It burned almost all the way to the ground. Had a nice wide trail as it came down. I was looking due north and it came down almost straight up and down. It fell slightly from the left to my right looking north. I immediately came inside and asked if others had seen it. I also contacted W R A L tv station in Raleigh to see if anyone caught it on video. I watch satalites fly over and was looking for satalites when this huge ball came down. I hope this helps. Thanks Jon
