The location isn't exact but I saw it from the North East somewhere near West Chester PA looking at the horizon I looked up and was like what the hell am I seeing this time! It looked like a reflection of a plane but the pieces where moving fast and you could just make out the pieces.

I saw it was tiny little pieces getting brighter and moving fast then it was gone just like that. Like it has broken up when it was falling towards earth.
