my camera shutter was open both before and after the flash, it happened right after I hit the shutter for a 6 second test shot and was gone long before the shutter closed.

It was a bright sort of wider shape than the usual shooting stars I see which are just little streaks usually, this one developed a bulbous shape and then was gone
