Reports Report 667apw (Event 667-2013)

Observer
Name John W
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I was driving on Interstate 79 Northbound approximately 10-15 miles south of Sutton, WV. Was looking North/ North East when fireball seen. It appeared at first as a stationary light in the sky which I thought was an aircraft however, after a few seconds it gradually got brighter, then turned extremely bright as it traveled across the sky from west to east. The light also had a pretty long trail behind it. It was traveling at a very high rate of speed, much faster than any aircraft.
