Reports Report 5520i (Event 5520-2021)

Observer
Name Kelly P
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Surprised to see this in broad daylight. I was driving and stopped at a red light and I had a very good, unobstructed view. Looked online to see any other reports of this, but haven't found anything. I wonder if the security cameras at any of the business like Go Daddy in the narby ASU research park caught the event?
