Remarks It looked to me like it would have landed in the Fore River close in proximity to Mercy Hospital in Portland Maine. It may have gone further and landed in Casco Bay where the river meets the bay. But it was definitely in that area directly over the bridge that goes over Fore River. I was driving on 295 heading north from South Portland to Portland when I saw it over the bridge. Bright green in color.
