Reports Report 4148ar (Event 4148-2021)

Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I arrived to my 3000 ft elevation home. We have no street lights. The front of my 2 story home lit up as if spotlighted as I walked to the front door. I turned to my husband who was back at the car to see if he had a flashlight. He didn’t. Then there was a green flash. I looked towards the west and watched the meteor cross between tree tops and disappear behind the ridge. It was so big and bright I wondered if it was a flare or a man made object burning up.
