My husband and I were sitting on the front porch and my daughter came out the door behind us to show us something she had drawn on her tablet. We turned around to look at her picture etc and I noticed just above the roof of our house and the trees, what appeared to be a white ball at first or a small white plane, but I noticed there was no sound and no distinguishable lights and for it being after 11 I'd expect that with a plane.
I watched for a moment because it seemed to being hovering in place ( I realize now that it was because it was moving towards me) just as I tried to get my husband's attention to see it, there was a very bright flash of light, I can only describe it as a silent explosion...It lit up most of the sky behind our house and it was moving incredibly fast. It had streams of beautiful green, white, and yellow as it passed over the tree in our front yard. My husband, my daughter and myself all sat in amazement and to be honest a little bit of fear. Once it got just above the trees in our front yard there was another silent explosion of bright white and green light, again it had no sound and it shot just a little bit further beyond our yard and and all the lights seemed to just vanish. We sat outside and tried to see if we could see where it went but it was no longer lighting up. whatever it was was pretty good sized, once it got closer and before it silently exploded again we caught a glimpse of it as it was passing above us and seemed to be outlined in green and blue flames almost.
This was by far the most beautiful thing we have ever experienced. It happen so fast and yet I will never forget it. It was gone nearly as quick as it came and it never even made a sound. |
