Remarks | I regularly enjoy watching meteor showers, but this was definitely different than anything I’ve ever seen. If you hold your arm out and put your pointer finger and thumb out, it was probably .5-.75 inches in size (I hope that makes sense). I’ve seen plenty of meteors with trails that linger for a little bit, but this just glowed in the sky and was so much brighter than anything I’ve ever seen. The moon is very bright tonight, and the fireball was just as bright, if not brighter. |
