Remarks We were driving along a mountain road. Centerville Road, in Boise Co. Idaho. Our view was short and didn't actually see the ball. We saw at first, a bright white light. First thought was the full moon had appeared all of the sudden. Then the very bright orangeish-reddish long flash of color. We thought it was a very intense, long lasting lightening strike. But with how bright, we expected an instant thunder. I honestly don't know which direction it was traveling, from the canyon we were driving in, it just light up the whole sky Very brightly.
