I was facing a hill and only saw it appear once it was in front of my vision (approached from behind), where it then continued in the direction 155deg SE. saw it disappear over the hill and have no record after that. It was extremely close looking compared to any other meteor-like object I’ve observed and was headed towards the direction of Briones Reservoir. Could’ve touched down not too far from my location but am unsure. Very visible fragmentation.
