Remarks This was the first fireball that my husband and I have seen in our 60+ years on this planet and we have to say that this experience was right up there with our observance of the total eclipse of the sun that we observe a few years ago. It was absolutely phenomenal.

Remarks Originally it was one ball of fire....then there was a vertical split that was dark and it appeared to break the ball into two spheres. One of the spheres was larger. This also coincided with a bright flare.
