I have seen an actual fireball years ago. This was more like a huge falling star with a tail; the flaring colors of the tail made it unique to me. I honestly don't know if it would be a fireball but it was unique and I would love to know more about it. I am in a very rural area and I KNOW this meteor was a long long way away but it was very bright even from my distance!
