Remarks | As I was driving my car at the time and had the radio on, I probably would not have heard any sound from the meteorite unless it had been a loud boom. I was travelling roughly north and the fireball moved from almost directly in front of me to the East. I observed a meteorite once before in Dec 2017 in Namibia, which was later a confirmed meteorite event. I am therefore quite certain of this sighting today in the UK. |
