| Remarks | This was incredible. It happened very rapidly, but very close to my vehicle on a dark stretch of road. The security cameras for the Landfill or for the Water Tower along this stretch of roadway may have picked it up. |

| Remarks | It was very early morning and it was still dark. Once it burned out, I could not see any traces as I drove past. It extinguished slightly above ground level...maybe 15 feet up, depending upon how far it actually was from me. It appeared to be very close. This is a steep downhill stretch and it rapidly came over my vehicle from behind and extinguished slightly diagonally and to the left of my field of view straight ahead. |
