Reports Report 2029c (Event 2029-2021)

Observer
Name Austin R
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It was a steady light, bright enough and in the right place that I mistook it for a street light. I didn't see it appear, it seemed to stay in place at first. About half a second after I noted the light's strangeness, it quickly moved downward and disappeared behind a bluff that was approximately two miles away.
