Yes. I'm a former meteorologist and trained on Doppler. I have an app that gives me Doppler loops for weather echoes. I immediately went to it and screen captured the target. There were no other echoes for hundreds of miles at the time, only some scattered Cirrus clouds. You may email me for those screenshots.
