I was at the children's hospital. In the 12th floor. Nothing was blocking our view as we were above most buildings. We had the curtain down but we saw the light through the shade. And we raised it see what the strange light was. We knew it was not a helicopter because we're so close to the landing page we can always hear it if it was.

After the green light disappearead in the sky I kept looking for it to see if it was a drone or any explanation. The large green light was gone but to ITS left side (my right) I saw a small white light moving in a straight direction that also faded away seconds after.
