| Remarks | I am flabbergasted by what I saw, it seems surreal. I was awake while at The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle state park in PA. I had been stargazing with bioculars for a bit and was chilling by the window reading on the iPad. I saw brightness out of the corner of my eyeand looked up. I had enough time to be incredulous, like what am I seeing, stand up and pick up the binoculars! It lasted a long time to me. I’ve never seen anything like it in person. There was even “space” between the white tail haze and the bright fireball! Still a bit in disbelief and came to the site to see of any other reports because, surely, it’s not just me, nor my imagination I hope. What a moment. |
