Reports Report 1382gv (Event 1382-2021)

Observer
Name Gregory M
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I was VERY LUCKY to see it. The sky was perfectly clear and bright I was driving and just happened to look upwards. I saw 2 pieces coming down at an angle. It lasted less than 1 second and the 2 pieces disappeared. No noise. Although it seemed very close to me, I knew it was far away since there was no sound. I should point out that I had a similar event about 25 years ago. My son was playing soccer and I saw a fragment crossing the sky, followed by a large boom and what seemed to be a smoke trail. I think that one was very close.
