I was walking across the street from the Bethel Inn parking lot to my car which was parked across the street. I saw the bright green flash and watched it for about 2-3 seconds until it disappeared. I thought it may have been fireworks but I heard nothing and saw no other flashes. I waited for a moment before getting into my car. From my perspective standing at the edge of the parking lot I just had to look up enough to see it almost land on top of the restaurant across the street. The green was so bright it made me look up into the sky to notice its brilliance. It had enough of a tail to make it into a long teardrop shape. It was very vertical, which made me think it looked like fireworks falling. I hope this helps. It was very beautiful and fascinating!
