| Remarks | Wow. Facing west over the ocean, I had my eyes closed listening to music and I "saw" a huge, very bright flash. I opened my eyes and saw this huge and again very bright yellow fireball with a long tail. It was so close and so big I first thought it was an airliner exploding. I heard no sound other than my screaming. It is embedded in my mind forever. How can I find out more (not reports) about this event? What size? Where did it originate from; where did it end up? Ocean I suspect. My husband and I took GPS coordinates so I could report precise spot but your site is fantastic!. I could mark exactly where I was sitting. Great site. Thanks. I'll be checking back. |
