Reports Report 1102t (Event 1102-2021)

Observer
Name Janelle G
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks It was staggeringly beautiful, never seen anything like it and feel lucky to have seen it. I hadn’t been trying to observe the sky this particular night, I looked up and there it was. The main ball was white, but the tail I remember thinking was like a prismatic/rainbow effect. However, it was so brief I can only for sure recall the predominant (pink) color with certainty. The low position relative to the horizon and light pollution from the City meant no other stars in immediate area were visible and yet the apparent size and magnitude made it very visible regardless.
