Remarks We were having a camp fire in mostly covered woodland but the gaps in the tree allowed us to see the meteor fly across our head.. The sky sort of popped with bright white light just as it entered our atmosphere with it fading from blue to red in its tail then about 5 seconds it was gone

Remarks Almost like the pop of a champagne Cork the flash just happened in our peripheral vision and the meteor streaked across the sky with a trail of red and blue
