It was very bright and quite fast. Air traffic above where we live is pretty limited and jets tend to be high up and crossing the sky and the contrails remain visible for quite a while in clear sky but this trail broke up fairly quickly. This was moving at an angle I couldn't imagine an aircraft taking and I couldn't see any metal or reflection. It was unusual enough for me to google and find this site.
