Reports Report 778z (Event 778-2021)

Observer
Name P N
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks When I stepped outside, I thought I was looking at a green with blue neon sign until I saw it moving and leaving a tail/train. It was so slow and so close. Honestly looked like a cartoon in the sky (no, not on drugs). I had trouble explaining and no real proof other than my word. I searched all night & today and glad I found some validation that I was not the only one who saw this in the sky.
