This was moving in a straight line at a steady pace and not overly fast. Almost seemed to have a blurry 'grid' over it. Did NOT burn out and I saw no 'trail' behind it. I lost sight of it due to the trees around my house. I am guessing at the time exact time as I was sitting outside talking on the phone when I saw it. If necessary we can determine the exact time through Verizon as I hung up when I saw this orange "fireball" or whatever it was.
