Remarks It was low in the sky started bright light yellowish and then changed to bright green like a street light. Less than 2 seconds. I was driving and my location where I saw it isn't that precise its just my best guess general Davidsonville, MD area near the highway. The time I saw it was between 4:20-4:28 am.
