The video capture is made using UFOCapture. 6mm lens f1.2 on CCTV Samsung SCB2000 camera no IR blocking filter. Capture 720x576 pixels. It was a cloudy night starting from 8-9 pm on Jan 16, I think the actual magnitude of the final flash might have been even more negative.
