Remarks I saw it tracking and the sound seemed delayed, when it broke into two there was a crackle sound too

Remarks The light was constant, and when it fragmented it remained constant throughout the time I saw it. No flash, just constant bright blue green light moving incredibly consistently and fast across the sky.
