Reports Report 7208l (Event 7208-2020)

Observer
Name Kevin B
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks Although the moon was less than an hour from setting, the bright light caught my wife's eye from over her shoulder. She was able to say "look!" and I caught the bright light and fragmentation. I've seen a number of objects enter the atmosphere, but this was one of the more "beefier" ones I've seen to date. I listened for a sound afterward and heard a rumble, but I dismissed it as possibly a heavy truck on a freeway approximately .2-.3 miles to the north, but I'm not certain.
